Tatsuo Koga has over 12 years of experience in the executive search industry and a track record of over 530 successful placements, making him one of Japan’s top headhunters. Not only has he helped pioneer the local executive search industry, but he has also helped plan and design hundreds of websites across a variety of industries and project scales. Consistent, thorough and goal driven, he continues to lead by example. His extraordinary success rate of 98% covers every industry, occupation and scale.

Before entering into the executive search industry, Tatsuo worked in Process Planning and Control at Sumitomo Metals. He credits his work ethic and resolve to his experiences as a volleyball athlete, where he rose through the ranks to become a regular in the Japanese National Junior Men’s Volleyball Team, from where he went on to play for the premier Japanese Volleyball V-League for 5 years and even spent time at UCLA in the US. Originally from the Fukuoka region of Japan, he is a calm person and a typical blood type B personality.

Shunsuke Mikami

Shunsuke Mikami closes the gap between theory and practice, working to build a healthy working environment by scouting exceptional individuals and placing them into positions where their true potential is realized. His experiences cover a variety of industries ranging from media, consumer and consulting services, to energy, raw material, manufacturing, heavy and chemical, and the space and aeronautical industries.

A graduate of Waseda University in Tokyo, Shunsuke studied labor in Law, which provides him with the ideal background in the human resources industry. He is already one of the most successful headhunters in Japan and heads SFI’s business development team, while also providing his input on a variety of other projects at the Japanese HQ.
