31% of successful candidates are in the manufacturing industry, with most being in machinery and automotive manufacturing. We have also seen an increase in other fields such as IT and telecommunications. Orders are also up 0.9% compared to last year.
Occupations on the increase include management and sales, which account for more than half, with an increase in needs for difficult cases such as the recruitment for technical positions.
